We don’t offer any specific packages. It all depends on your needs.

How about maintenance and technical support?
Free for the first 6 months for the ADVANCED plan, 2 months for the GROWTH plan, and 1 month for the STARTER plan; then after the free months are used up you’ll have to invest $99/month if you want the support to continue.
Here’s what we include in the maintenance & technical support:
▸ Update themes, plugins, and CMS.
▸ Viruses: Scan the backend files of the website for malware.
▸ Security Monitoring: Ensure the security system functions well, keeping the hackers away from your website.
▸ Uptime Monitoring: We’ll make sure the website is up and running and accessible to your audience.
▸ Content Updates: Provide support for updating website content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
▸ Design Tweaks: Offer minor design adjustments and tweaks to improve the website’s aesthetics and user experience. This could include changes to colors, fonts, layouts, and styling elements.
▸ Solve Host Issues: We will email and call your host’s support on your behalf to solve any problems your website might encounter.
▸ Compliance Updates: Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ensure that the website remains compliant with data privacy and security standards.
▸ Client Premium Support: Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or questions that may arise.
What will you need from me?
Once we’ve settled on a price and you’ve signed my design contract, I’ll shoot you some details about my process and what I’ll need from you.
But if you’re itching to know now, here’s my checklist:
▸ Your logo (PDF, EPS, or high-res JPEG if you can swing it)
▸ Login info for your domain and hosting (if you’ve got them)
▸ Login details for your current website (if it’s on WordPress already)
▸ Any images or new pics you want on the site

Can I update the website myself?
Some clients like to handle their website updates and maintenance on their own once their site goes live.
If that’s your vibe, cool! we’ll set up a training session after your site’s up and running to teach you how to log in and do your thing.
But if DIY isn’t your jam, no sweat. Check out our maintenance service page for some hassle-free options.
Do I have to deposit for you to start working on the project?
Yes! The process is split up between 70%, and 30%.
▸ 70% deposit after agreeing and signing the contract.
▸30% When the project is completed and approved by you.
NOTE: You also have the option to pay for the whole project at once instead of making deposits each time we move to another step.
When can you start working on my web design project?
As soon as you sign the contract, pay the first 70% deposit, and provide us with all the necessary information we need from you.
How long will it take you to finish the whole project?
Each project is unique in terms of functionality and requirements.
Most web projects take between 2 to 4 weeks to complete from start to finish.
Of course, there are a number of factors to consider, including the functionality and design requirements of your future website, how quickly our emails are answered, and if you have all of your information ready for us to action.
What content management system (CMS) do you use to build the website?
Currently, WordPress is the only content management system (CMS) we use to build blogs, company websites, and e-commerce stores (Integrated with Woocommerce).
The reason why we use WordPress is that the CMS is SEO friendly, and it allows you to customize the website however you like, through personalized themes and plugins.
How does the process of building a website work?
Our web design process typically involves several stages, including gathering information along with the necessary files and content needed for the project, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing the visual elements of the website, developing the website, and testing and launching the website.
Will my website work on mobile?
Certainly! Our websites are built with responsive design, ensuring they adapt seamlessly to any device screen size.
Whether it’s a mobile, tablet, laptop, or desktop, your site will always appear polished and user-friendly.
Do you offer a website hosting service?
Yes, we do offer web hosting with 24/7 support, light-speed performance, and free maintenance.
Our hosting plans start from $499/year paid upfront or $75/month.
If you decide not to host with us, just give us a shout, and we’ll gladly recommend the perfect web hosting service for your project.
Note: If you signed up for the ADVANCED web design package you’ll get one year of web hosting for free.
What about the domain name?
We always recommend you buy and own your own domain name.
Your domain name is your business…Do not let somebody else owns it.
How do I get started with your web design service?
To get started, simply contact us to schedule a consultation and we’ll take it from there.
We’ll work with you to understand your goals and requirements and provide a customized proposal, budget, and timeline for your project.
Do I own my website after you build it?
Yes! The website is 100% yours and owned by you.
WEBSITE MAINTENANCE
Can I cancel the service anytime and without any fees?
Yep, it’s a month-to-month service you can cancel it anytime without any fees.
Just let us know a week before the initial cancellation date.
Do I have to pay for the service on a monthly basis?
You’ve got options when it comes to payments.
You can pay monthly, or if you prefer, you can pay for several months or even a whole year upfront. It’s totally up to you.
What if I’ve paid upfront and want to cancel?
You’re free to cancel anytime, but just so you know, we don’t offer refunds for unused months.
What if my website gets hacked while on the plan?
If your site gets hacked while you’re on the plan, don’t worry, we’ll handle it.
We’ll clean up your site and sort things out with Google at no extra charge.
But rest assured, we’ve had no hacks or breaches with any sites on our maintenance plan so far.
What if I canceled the service and my site got hacked?
If you opt out of the plan and your site gets hacked, don’t worry, we can still help.
We’ll clean up your site for an initial fee of $350.
Then, if you’d like, we can immediately put your site on our monthly plan to keep it clean and protected from future hacks.
Do you accept websites you didn’t build?
Possibly! We’ll have one of our project managers chat with you about your website.
If it meets our criteria, sure, we can include you in a plan.
Do you maintain websites made off the WordPress platform?
No, unfortunately we don’t.

If you already have a website with an aged domain, then It will take you anywhere from 3 months to 6 months maximum to have your website getting ranked on the first search engine results pages (SERPs).
If you don’t have a website and start all from scratch with a fresh domain name, then in this case it will take you at least 6 months to start seeing some great results and ranking higher on the search engine result pages (SERPs).
How do you measure the success of an SEO campaign?
We use a variety of tools to track and measure the success of our SEO campaigns, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software we use in our agency.
